ATHLETICS: FIONA MAY WINS THE GOLD ONCE AGAIN
 

Fiona May never ceases to surprise us. Today Fiona ruled the scene of the long jump winning the gold medal with 6,64m, reached with her second jump (6,49 +1.8; 6,64 +0,5; X ; 6,56 +02; X ; X). The azzurra finished in front of the two Spaniards, Montalvo (6,55) and Montaner (6,49) fourth came the other Italian Ilaria Beltrami (6,31). Fiona May’s medal takes Italy to 41 golds.
